Johnson rarely wore 6, before squad numbers 6 was a shirt Barrow would have a midfielder wear - the likes of Gouck and Farrell. Johnson and Hill shared 4 and 5 a lot, then Hill got allocated with the no. 6 when squad numbers started under Parkin.
Back to Paddy, I always associate him with 30 and the move to 17 after the playoff season didn't really coincide with him making much impact. | |
