Gazette claims Pool were playing 1-3-5-2 system last Night? 20:28 - Nov 6 with 275 views | Osbourne | I find this hard to believe. Surely Pool were playing the usual 1-4-4-2? Reverting to 1-4-4-1 in the 2nd half for obvious reasons. Pool fans who were at Craven Cottage - What is the truth? [Post edited 7 Nov 2014 17:42]

Are you saying we were playing with a sweeper? I thought we played a variation on 4-4-1-1 for 40 minutes. Then just 4-4-1. Edit to add, you've included the 'keeper, now I understand what you mean. Gazette claims Pool were playing 1-3-5-2 system last Night? on 21:03 - Nov 6 with 234 views | Osbourne | Yes, Sorry I included the keeper. The formations are directly taken from todays Gazette. I myself was not at the match, too far for me, I was listening on the radio. Without keeper formations would be : 1st half : 3-5-2 ? Clarke, Daniels, Dunn only at the back?? 2nd half - after the red card : 4-4-1 Sorry, you are right, it is not usual to include the keeper! [Post edited 6 Nov 2014 21:06]

Gazette claims Pool were playing 1-3-5-2 system last Night? on 22:37 - Nov 6 with 198 views | Wizaard | Dunne was certainly playing more centrally but was nominally the full back. Blackman was in effect playing wing back along with McMahon. When we had the ball it was more like 442 as Blackman got further on. | | | |
