That was thought provoking Wilf. And the thought that immediately came to mind was that I'd like to find the person who bought you that Bumper Book of Quotations and shove it up their ****.

Icon? It's all Rio Ferdinand's fault.

Wilts blogs are a must read for all fans. Keep up the good work.

Real fans go to pubs like the HITW or the Welly

Another erudite missive as I'd expect from a knowledgeable and educated Yorkshire Seasider

Crikey Curryman - more of a dissertation than a blog! Excellent read. I think Matt Williams was one of those people who wasn't fully appreciated until he left. It's pretty clear now that without him the Club is devoid of even the most basic organisational management skills.

The Oyston's current behaviour is bizarre given what they could have achieved with just a little more investment in footballing matters. Their choosing not to has just exposed their true goal to bleed the Club dry. Thinking back all those years from when they took over there is a definite pattern of lies and spin, from Owen claiming to be a socialist to that daft article of a Football stadium with a retractable roof. Which soon disappeared once we all naively marched on the Town Hall demanding the Council give the Oystons more powers over planning.

Their current endeavour to take as many supporters to court as possible to "flex their millions" is both sad and distracting from what should be an enjoyable pastime of following your home team on the football field. I've no idea how it will end - but suspect it will get even messier in the coming months.
