Blackburn 1 Blackpool 1

It's ironic having left Ewood Park with little to show for their troubles over the years that the one time Blackpool do get a point that it could potentially count for little. A game which could have gone the way of many other away results this season having conceded an early goal thankfully didn't turn out that way as Lee Clark's side came from behind to pick up a point.

It was the prolific Jordan Rhodes' whose 14th-minute finish put Rovers ahead. However, Grant Hall levelled before the break and he really should have given them a half-time lead when firing into the side netting from close range, after Jamie O'Hara's free-kick had been pushed onto the post. Rudy Gestede twice hit the crossbar in the second period as the hosts probed but a winner proved elusive.

The Seasiders now go to Brentford on Tuesday night 12 points adrift of safety.
