MNF result:
Houston Texans 23 at PITTSBURGH STEELERS 30
An efficient performance by the Steelers as they improve to 4-3 while the Texans drop to 3-4. And that after such a promising start for Houston.
Big Ben Roethlisberger completed 23 of 33 passes for 265 yards, 2 touchdowns and no interceptions, to propel the Steelers.
Texans' Ryan Fitzpatrick had 21 for 32, 262 yards, 2 TD's, 1 interception. Adrian Foster had another terrific performance (perhaps there is fantasy league player around;) .. 20 rushes, collecting 102 yards, although a mere 29 yards over the final three quarters.
After it stood 13-0 Houston, at 7:16 remaining in the second quarter, Steelers narrowed the gap to 13-3 in Steel City. With 3:18 remaining before halftime all heck broke loose. In a span of 73 seconds Pittsburgh scored THREE touchdowns, offense and defense working in tandem. A great highlight reel on YouTube or somewhere. Look it up, wow.

Running back Ronnie Hillman rushed 20 times accumulating 109 yards. (Peyton now with an NFL record 513 TD passes, adding to that most-ever total week to week.)
Chargers QB Philip Rivers completed 30 of 41, 252 yards, 3 TD's and 2 interceptions. San Diego's running game was effectively--or should that be ineffectively--non-existent.
