It is proving extremely difficult to pick winners this season. I don't say this from the perspective of considering myself some sort of guru on NFL predictions, far from it. Rather more the fact that there have been a significant number of results that seem to be totally against the form plus a number of perennial underachievers, Bills and Dolphins for instance, have had a good first half to the season.Have to say it is making for entertaining viewing.
Missed the games last night as I was in Cambridge being entertained by Messrs Difford and Tilbrooke but all were recorded so I shall certainly enjoy watching the Patriots dismantle the Broncos when I get home tonight. | |

Brady and the Pats look like the engines are focused on the second half of the season. As we all know, winning a division or being best in show (best record in the AFC or NFC) means, ultimately, little. No prize or claret jug for that...That's all about seeding for the playoffs on the path to the title.
