As you may know Pete I have so much fun on my travels whether local or abroad.....you can't beat the streets where the real people are.
Never get any hassle.
Just laughs and sharing stories.....
I even have a mob of 'continentals' not of the fold looking out for me.
Amazing what a bit of love and the odd bit of change can do. Lol.
Ps I met an old playing partner on Saturday after 18 years - tony Kelly who played for Stoke city For 3 years in the 90's - I remember prior to his big move - we both played for Enfield town v Gillingham. He was substituted for me and I claimed a 20 minute hatrick. I left the club after that game. Fell out with manager. Funny world! Anyway he told me he lost everything gambling - his book called red card tells all. Apparently I'm in it. Now he goes to schools and teaches about the pitfalls when money pours in etc. I'll be assisting him on some of these with my own story - as the warm up man!

oh I do know.
Your first book was amazing.
For those unaware, Haps is a fantastic writer.
And he enjoys Guinness with cranberry or summat. And a diehard Derby and Spurs supporter too. And Colchester, of course.
edit: Looking forward to our time outs with burgers and pints this autumn

A new Derby shirt? Nice
Sent you my pertinent info, PM'd .. will now delete that info from this thread. And will forever treasure the Rams shirt and the centenary scarf, which you said, if you ever saw on eBay, you'd do much worse than kill me

George was very good natured and I Mon(con)cur, he should stick to his day job ... But a great sport. If he maintains his form 15/16, what a gem of a player The U's have. Everyone needs to watch that video above. He's maturing and that's a process. Could we have a new Curo to help challenge for promotion?
