Happy League 2015/16 Week 26 (of 38) - Deadline Saturday 15.00 20:33 - Jan 23 with 2204 views | mfb_cufc | Week 25 results NORWICH 4 LIVERPOOL 5 Liverpool come from 3-1 down to win this nine goal thriller. Obviously nobody got this spot-on, but a big 18 did have the outcome. CRYSTAL PALACE 1 TOTTENHAM 3 Spurs come from a goal down, to take their unbeaten run to eleven, in away league games. Well done to gerry_us, for being the only one to get this spot-on, with a further 13 having the outcome. WATFORD 2 NEWCASTLE 1 Watford win their first league game in six. There were 4 who had this spot-on, with another 7 getting the outcome. BOLTON 3 MK DONS 1 Bolton register only their third league win of the season. Nobody had this spot-on, but 6 did manage to get the outcome. LEEDS 1 BRISTOL CITY 0 Leeds are now unbeaten in their last six home games, after this victory. An impressive 6 had this spot-on, with another 15 getting the outcome. READING 1 SHEFFIELD WEDNESDAY 1 Reading fought back to win a point, but missed a penalty. The 6 who had this spot-on will be pleased about that, and there were 2 who got the outcome. SCUNTHORPE 3 COLCHESTER 0 The professional losers lose again, as they make it thirteen league games without a win. Nobody got 3 points for predicting this, but 7 did have the outcome. WALSALL 1 BLACKPOOL 1 A last minute equaliser foils Walsall. It also foils the 21 who predicted a Walsall win. Nobody predicted the popular 1-1, and nobody had the outcome either. NORTHAMPTON 3 MORECAMBE 1 A comfortable win for Northampton, who have now won their last five in the league. A decent 4 got this spot-on, with another 17 having the outcome. WYCOMBE 0 LEYTON ORIENT 2 Kevin Nolan makes a winning start to management. Well done again to gerry_us for being the only one to get this spot-on, and just the 3 had the outcome. Thanks to the wins for Liverpool, Tottenham, Leeds and Northampton, and with the Reading draw also proving popular, this was a better week for point scoring. There were twenty-two 3 pointers found this week, but Sector4 was the only one to get three of them. Last seasons Division One champ has struggled to hit those heights lately, but by having the Watford and Northampton wins, and the Reading draw spot-on, he was back to form with an impressive 11 points, and is this weeks top scorer. Just losing out on this honour was Tropical_Us, with his decent 10 points included having the Leeds win and the Reading draw spot-on. Also having these two spot-on were BFG and noah4x4, on their way to a very good 9 points each. This same total was also achieved by Gate16, ColuKev and gerry_us. In the Premier, with the top two both scoring 9 points, Gate maintains an 11 point lead. The same members have been in the top three since Week 5, but that changed this week, as wessex-exile moved into the final Charity Shield spot with his solid 8 points. Further down the league Sector4 eased his relegation worries with his top scoring effort, and noah4x4 was proved right, when he said this week would be his salvation, and he moves up four places. But there is still just that 12 point gap between the Charity Shield and relegation. In Division One, burnsieespana maintains a 10 point lead, but it is now over Tropical_Us who has moved into the other automatic spot. Elsewhere in this league Barsidepete moves up another place, due mainly to a no show from concordman (could this be due to the USA snowstorm?). But the fight for the play-off places looks like going to the wire, as even gerry-us in tenth will have them in his sights now, after his good week.. THE TABLES (182 out of 280 played) (Tie-breaker: Most 3 pointers, and then the first to post) Gunnerjosh and s.sutton87 have been expelled from Division One. Week 26 Fixtures. BRISTOL CITY v BIRMINGHAM HUDDERSFIELD v CARDIFF ROTHERHAM v CHARLTON CRAWLEY v MANSFIELD HARTLEPOOL v EXETER PLYMOUTH v WYCOMBE Good luck everybody. [Post edited 24 Jan 2016 0:24]

You have posted two lots of predictions this week Kev. Even though they are not the same, you scored 2 points on each, so no problem with which ones I use. For future reference, if anybody does post two lots of predictions, I will always goes with the first ones , unless requested to go with the second lot. | |
