Week 3 Results BRISTOL CITY 3 ASTON VILLA 1 Bristol City scored three second-half goals, as they came from behind to beat Villa. Nobody had this spot-on, but 7 did get the outcome. WIGAN 0 QPR 1 A goal from defender Onuoha was enough to move QPR up to fifth in the Championship. Just mfb_cufc got this spot-on, and there were 6 who had the outcome. CHARLTON 1 BOLTON 1 A 90th minute equaliser for Charlton ends Bolton's 100 per cent start to the season. This was good news for the 6 who got this spot-on, with 2 having the outcome. Not such good news for the 12 who predicted a Bolton victory. SHREWSBURY 2 GILLINGHAM 3 Another late goal in this game as well, as Gillingham get a 93rd minute winner, after being two goals down. A big 17 predicted a Gillingham win, but nobody got it spot-on. CAMBRIDGE UNITED 0 LUTON 3 Cambridge's winless start to the season continues, after this heavy defeat. Well done to the 2 (noah4x4 and desthegooner) who managed to predict this, and a further 18 had the outcome. CHELTENHAM 2 CREWE 0 Two first-half goals earned Cheltenham their first win of the season, as Crewe lose their unbeaten record. Well done to gerry_us for finding out what a 3 pointer is, and for being the only one to get this spot-on, and there were 7 who had the outcome. For the second week running late goals put a different complexion to games. The ones from Charlton and Gillingham, together with the banker Luton winning, guaranteed points for everybody. With the weeks ten 3 pointers being shared by ten members, the weeks top scorer honour ended in a tie between Gate16 and mfb_cufc, as they were the only ones to get three other outcomes, and a good 6 points. In the Premier, we have a new leader, with the consistent thrillseeker scoring 5 points for the third week in a row. After top scoring for the second week running, Gate16 moves into second, just a point behind. Former leader RSCOSWORTH is still well in contention, just another point further back. Newly promoted burnsieespana and Tropical_Us sit just behind the leaders, as they continue to have identical records for the third week in a row. Not so good for the other promoted one, as jonestones has slipped to the bottom, after being the only one without a 3 pointer in this league. In Division One, not such a good week for WessiehomesPete, as his lead is reduced to just a point by durham_exile. After their great effort in predicting the Luton 3-0, noah4x4 and desthegooner are a further point back, along with newbie basher2010, whose 5 points was the top score in this league. At the bottom it continues to be a struggle for Colukev. Previous seasons have shown it is hard to play catch up in the Happy Leagues, so he already has a lot to do if he is to make the play-offs for the third season running. THE TABLES (18 out of 280 played) (Tie-breaker: Most 3 pointers, and then the first to post) Week 4 Fixtures The first International break of the season, means it is 10 games picked from League's 1 & 2 for the seasons first guest, the reigning Premier Champ ethicsgirl.
