EFL proposals 17:16 - Sep 22 with 382 views | bwildered | Looks like a D3 is becoming a step nearer, has most of the clubs are ex football league, it would be Conference in all but name . But what has been ruled out, Old firm teams, PL b sides and no winter break . Agree with all so far .

EFL proposals on 21:40 - Sep 22 with 353 views | Leadbelly | I'm pleased that PL B sides, Scottish clubs and a winter break have been ruled out but perhaps I'm missing something...how will eight fewer league fixtures translate into greater revenue for clubs? Will a 17.4% reduction in fixtures (think about that) result in a similar drop in ST prices? If the ultimate purpose of all this is to improve the national side then perhaps the PL needs to get its own house in order. Reduce the number of clubs, reduce the number of foreign players, don't spend every available free day on tour in the Far East or North America. There is plenty the top flight can do before we need wholesale changes to the structure of the Football League (EFL my arse!)
