Week 22 results

BIRMINGHAM CITY 0 BRISTOL CITY 0

An uninspiring bore draw where Birmingham have the games only shot on target. Wayne Rooney's side are now winless in their last four games and have picked up only 9 points in 14 matches since he took over as manager. Nobody got this spot-on, but 7 did have the outcome.

COVENTRY CITY 2 SWANSEA CITY 2
Liam Cullen gets a 93rd minute equaliser to earn Swasea a share of the spoils. Again nobody had this spot-on, though 3 did get the outcome. 19 predicted a win for Coventry.

MILLWALL 1 NORWICH CITY 0
Millwall won back-to-back games for the first time this season after this narrow victory. 4 got this spot-on, and another 6 had the outcome.

WEST BROMWICH ALBION 1 LEEDS UNITED 0
Grady Diangana's goal saw West Brom move within three points of fourth-placed Leeds in the Championship. Well done to BFG for being the only one to have this spot-on, and 3 more got the outcome.

FLEETWOOD TOWN 0 BOLTON WANDERERS 2
Second half goals from Dion Charles and Victor Adeboyejo gave Bolton a well-deserved win against Fleetwood, who only had one shot on target. A massive 10 got this spot-on, in what was the weeks most predicted score, and a further 12 had the outcome.

OXFORD UNITED 2 DERBY COUNTY 3
Eiran Cashin completed a stunning comeback for Derby, as they win after being 2-0 down. Yet another game without a spot-on, but 14 did get the outcome.

PORT VALE 3 BLACKPOOL 0
Port Vale returned to winning ways with this comfortable victory. Another game with no 3 pointer, though 7 did have the outcome.

AFC WIMBLEDON 5 COLCHESTER UNITED 3
Josh Davison and Joe Lewis' doubles helped AFC Wimbledon move into the League Two play-off places with this thrilling win. Yet another game with no 3 pointer, but 16 did get the outcome.

BRADFORD CITY 0 STOCKPORT COUNTY 0
League Two leaders Stockport made it back-to-back away draws over Christmas after this bore draw, with both teams only managing to have one shot on target. A final game this week with no 3 pointer, though 4 did have the outcome.

HARROGATE TOWN 0 TRANMERE ROVERS 2
Charlie Jolley and Tom Davies fired improving Tranmere to a third consecutive win. Well done to Sector4 for being the only one to have this spot-on, and another 4 got the outcome.

Last week was a recrd breaking one, and it was going to be hard for this week to match that, and so it proved, after another disappointing 10 game week. Although six games failed to have a 3 pointer, the other four did produce a reasonable 16 in total, thanks mainly to the ten from Bolton. Another tough week, but it was no problem for this weeks top scorer bwildered, who got the wins for Millwall and Bolton spot-on, and four outcomes, to give him a brilliant 10 points. The other member to get two 3 pointers was Sector4, who had the 2-0 wins for Bolton and Tranmere, and two outcomes, to give him a superb 8 points. Best of those to get one 3 pointer was basher2010, who got the Millwall 1-0, and an impressive six outcomes, to give him an excellent 9 points.

Happy Cup Just a reminder to the six who have yet to post their predictions. The Quarter-finals take place this weekend.

U'sual Champions League After today's results we finally know who this seasons 12 qualifiers are. The current holder unitedwhites qualifies automatically. The other 11 are the top points scorers over the two divisions. They are concordman, Daniel, mfb_cufc, basher2010, blueeagle, Jorash63, bwildered, thrillseeker, Blue4U2, burnsieespana and RSCOSWORTH. That gives us a nice split, with six from each division. The competition starts on the 13th February, and will be administrated for the first time by myself. All details will be on a separate thread at the beginning of February.

In the Premier Having the Bolton 2-0 spot-on made sure of concordman staying top for the 21st week running. Up a place each are mfb_cufc, who moves back into the other Charity Shield spot, after also getting the Bolton 2-0 spot-on, and unitedwhites up to third. They both take advantage of a unfortunate missed week for blueeagle. A decent week for thrillseeker, that included having the Millwall 1-0 spot-on, keeps him in fifth for the fourth week running, but moves him nearer to the top two. A decent week for RSCOSWORTH, where he had the Bolton 2-0 spot-on, kept him sixth, but more importantly the 20 points he has accrued in the last two weeks, enabled him to obtain the final qualifying place in the U'sual Champions League, when all hope must had seen lost. The superb week for Sector4 moved him up a couple of places to seventh, to equal his season high. Another 3 pointer for noah4x4, the Bolton 2-0, but the gap to survival has got bigger.

In Division One A solid week for Daniel, that included having the Bolton 2-0 spot-on, keeps him top for the third week running. But his lead has been reduced to 5 points, after the excellent week from basher2010. Up a place to third is Jorash63, after he got the Bolton 2-0 spot-on. The top scoring performance from bwildered moved him up three places to season high fourth, and only a second appearance in the play-offs. An impressive six outcomes for Blue4U2 moved up a place to fifth. Three outcomes were enough for burnsieespana to take the final play-off place. A very unfortunate missed week for Tropical_Us means he drops out of the top six, but more importantly he only failed to qualify for the U'sual Champions League by virtue of a single point. Others to make an upward move were BFG, up a place after getting that WBA 1-0 spot-on, and Lewis_1, up a place after having the Millwall 1-0 spot-on.

THE TABLES (160 out of 280 played)
(Tie-breaker: Most 3 pointers, and then the first to post)
