Whilst listening to the TalkSport post-match, I nearly spit up my tea when I heard, Lampard "with barely the ink dry on his loan deal," ... blah blah blah...
Loan deal? from whom? Man City loaned Lampard to itself via its sister club in NY City. I'm betting that will reeeeally help season ticket sales for 2015 in the Big Apple,.. not. Well done. That's called evasion of FFP rules.
Chelsea fans, I can't believe I marginally feel sorry for them. Lamps may come to haunt them (well, the Blues didn't want him, did they?)
