MFB and I and Jimmy kind of decided on a new format. No one-off initially. 3 FA cup games. Group stages. That keeps it interesting right up to Boxing Day.
Then it's all one-offs. Our feeling was what the heck, Keep it going through Christmas.
First fixtures will be posted in about 6 weeks. The "proper" round 1.
I'm the admin. Anyone is welcome to participate. Even those who are not in MFB's PL.
It will ONLY be FA Cup ties. Right till the end.
**The groups will be determined by who participates. If it's 16 then 4 groups of 4.If it's 20 then 4 groups of 5.

As an outsider I would hope ALL players take part - as they have in the past, so maybe just do the draw from those
who post in the first few weeks.....I will not comment further on ANYTHING.

The Happy Cup is NOT welcome for anyone to participate. You have to be a member of the Happy League to participate. The rule of being eliminated from all Happy League competitions if you miss four weeks in a row, was designed to stop members like fishface (remember him) only posting for Cup matches. |  |
