The Fixtures Are Out Wednesday, 17th Jun 2015 10:19 The season will start at home to Blackpool on Saturday 8th August and end at home to Rochdale on Sunday 8th May. The first and final away games of the season will be at Peterborough on Saturday 15th August and Barnsley on Saturday 30th April. Over Christmas and New Year, the U's will face Essex rivals Southend at home on Boxing Day, Gillingham away on Monday 28th December, and Oldham away on Saturday 2nd January. The trip to Roots Hall is on Saturday 6th February, and fans will get the chance to visit a new ground on Saturday 28th November, when the U’s travel to Burton.
