On the pitch the year may have ended with a slightly disappointing draw to a hated rival, but sitting in 2nd place at the turn of the year, within touching distance of top spot, we have dared to dream before but it feels different this time...

The positivity around Derby and amongst Rams fans is refreshing, as for the first time in a very long time, it doesn't feel like we are all waiting for it to crash and burn. This time around it seems as if however this season pans out, we are on track for the future and it is no longer a case of 'if' but 'when'.

Paul Clement has proven to his early season doubters that he is the man for the job and is instilling a never say die attitude in the team, one that has plugged the holes at the back and has the team playing more evenly overall.

The draw at Leeds to finish off 2015 takes us into the New Year in a great position. Here's hoping the boys can get their first win of 2015 in the Championship over League leaders Boro and restore their place at the summit of the table!

Savour every moment of success and don't let the inevitable bad days get you down - because no matter what - we are all Rams through thick and thin! We have waited and this year could be our turn for some thick after a couple of thin ends to recent campaigns.
