Full-back in Leeds medical?
Whilst the club remain tight-lipped, both Sky Sports and the online Leicester Mercury believe that Lee Peltier is undergoing a medical at Thorp Arch and is scheduled to join Leeds as soon as his severence from Leicester is sorted out.
If the deal goes through, then Neil Warnock will have a virtually newly built defence to call upon next season with right-back one of many weak links in the chain.
If he does come then Peltier will suceed fellow Scouser Paul Connolly at right back. Connolly had a torrid season last term and was transfer listed by Warnock at the end of the season. Since then Connolly has spent most of the summer with Neil Redfearns development squad and was given squad number 24 when they were released today.
His old number 2 shirt is vacant at present, for exactly how much longer is anyone's guess?
