Young Tom has finally made the breakthough into Leeds first team after spending the previous two seasons out on loan. In 2009/10 he was at Accrington Stanley, and then last season he made 45 apperances for Bury, as a key member of their side which won promotion from League Two. He earned rave reviews for his performances for the Shakers, so after our disastrous defensive performance at Southampton, Grayson decided it was time for his first team debut for Leeds. He can play at right back, though his favoured position is in the middle, but either way, he seems to have a big future ahead of him at Elland Road.
