Rude awakening for Morro's critics?
Rude awakening for Morro's critics?

Under-fire Steve Morison and another penalty from Rudy Austin gave Leeds a pre-season boost at Dave Hockaday's old club Swindon Town.

Morison, who was barracked by a large section of the away support at Chesterfield on Saturday gave Leeds the lead finishing off a neat passing move. The ex Norwich striker certainly isn't a favourite in these parts however he looks to have found favour with Dave Hockaday as he started yet again.

Leeds however were pegged back level on 31 minutes when Michael Smith smashed home a corner for the hosts.

However on 47minutes Rudy Austin proved he is potentially the man to become our spot-kick taker in the wake of Ross McCormack's £11m move to Fulham smashing home his third penalty in two matches after Souleymane Dukara was pulled down.

That was enough to give United victory and our next stop is Glenavon tomorrow night before entertaining Dundee United on Saturday.
