After repeatedly voicing his unhappiness with the way he has been treated by his employers, Ivoirian star Yaya Touré has turned down an offer from rivals Manchester United according to reports from the Daily Express.

United have reportedly put down an offer of £40 million but Yaya is said to be not interested n the move. Toure is said to have told United he has his heart set on a move to Paris Saint-Germain who as yet have not declared an interest in a move for him.

City are still keen on keeping Toure at the club after he scored 20 and had 9 assists last season.
