Manchester City are hoping to secure four of its star players to new long term contracts.

The four players in question are England Internationals Joe Hart and James Milner, Bosnia striker Edin Dzeko and Argentina striker Sergio Aguero. Hart still has two years left on his current deal, but City are keen to tie him down on a longer contract. Dzeko has just entered his final year of his contract and expect no trouble in securing him to a longer contract.

Aguero has been atracting interest from Real Madrid and Barcelona and it is understood Aguero’s contract will be worth in excess of £50million to keep him at The Etihad.

Whilst James Milner has one year left on his current contract and has recently expressed his desire to play more first team football.
