Former City Striker Set To Sign For Liverpool

Former Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli has today agreed to sign for City rivals Liverpool.

The 24 year old is all set to leave AC Milan and join Liverpool in a £16 million deal, scored 30 goals in 54 games for the Serie A club. He left Man City in 2013 to sign for AC Milan for £19 million having made 77 appearances in his two and a half years with the club, he netted 30 times during that time.

Balotelli was in the headlines for several incidents including a training ground bust up with Roberto Mancini who was City Manager at the time. Trouble followed the striker to AC Milan having been sent off several times, clashing with TV pundits and posing with a gun.
