Aguero Vows To Return To Independiente
Friday, 29th Aug 2014 17:58

Sergio Aguero has vowed to return to former club Independiente when he leaves City. The Argentinian recently signed a new Five year deal at the Etihad.

The 26 year old has revealed to Sky Sports that he would love to return to his boy-hood club in his native Argentina, most likely at the culmination of his current contract.

Sergio insisted that financial reason would not deter him from making the move as his younger brother is among the youth ranks at Independiente and his Father is on the board.

This is what he had to say;"I have always said that I am going to return to Independiente while I am physically fit," Aguero told a press conference.

"I am sure that once my contract has ended at City I am going to return.

"I don't want to return at an age when everything will cost me too much."

"I am more interested in the youth divisions, as that is where my brother is,"

"I want to see how the dressing rooms are and all what they need.

"When it rains, they can't train. I told my father to pay attention to these things."

Agüero moved to City in July 2011 for an undisclosed fee thought to be in the region of £35 million.
