Stoke have been reported to be trying to conclude a deal for Scott Sinclair. Stoke were not expected to be doing any busines on transfer deadline day but Peter Odemwingie suffered a potentially serious knee injury during Saturday's 1-0 victory over City.

Sinclair started his career at Bristol Rovers who he joined aged just 9. He then went on to join Chelsea in July 2005. Scott only made 5 appearances for Chelsea but spent time on loan at Plymouth,QPR,Charlton,Crystal Palace,Birmingham and Wigan before signing for Swansea where he scored 28 goals in 82 appearances.

Scott signed for City in August 2012 and as made only 11 appearances.
