In a major blow for City Stevan Jovetic has suffered an hamstring injury while on international duty with Montenegro. He was injured during his national side's preparations for their game with Moldova.

ovetic looks primed to play a much more pertinent role in City's campaign during his second year in England but could now be looking at another injury hit campaign.

After Alvaro Negredo's move to Valencia this could leave City seriously short in the striker department.
