HALL RIGHT NOW: The 100 questions Portpin need to answer... Part 8
Thu 11th Oct 2012 09:23 by Micah Hall

Since Portpin's arrival on the Pompey scene, the longer they hang around, the more questions there are. Here's the final batch Portpin fail to answer, despite being given every opportunity to do so.

After Portpin's decision to appoint Tavistock Communications as their PR company, we at least have someone to ask the questions of. I have collected in excess of 100 questions suggested by inquisitive Pompey fans. If there's a question you want us to ask, please send it hallrightnow@pompey-fans.com and we'll try to ask it. I have now sent eight batches totalling 106 questions to Tavistock. For this final batch, Tavistock referred me to the statement given in respone at the bottom of this article here.

85. Did the £4m payments to Portpin exceed their investment into PCFC between the 7th October 2009 and 26th February 2010 and what is the comparison between these figures?

86. Did the £4m payments to Portpin exceed their investment into PCFC between the 7th October 2009 and 7th January 2010 and what is the comparison between these figures?

87. Did the £4m payments to Portpin exceed their investment into PCFC at any date before 26th February 2010 and what is the comparison between these figures?

88. Did total payments of £5.5m exceed Portpin's investment into PCFC between the 7th October 2009 and 26th February 2010 and what is the comparison between these figures?

89. Did total payments of £5.5m exceed Portpin's investment into PCFC between the 7th October 2009 and 7th January 2010 and what is the comparison between these figures?

90. Did total payments of £5.5m exceed Portpin's investment into PCFC at any date before 26th February 2010 and what is the comparison between these figures?

91. On 27th October 2010, Portsmouth Football Club and its assets was transferred to the Portpin owned Portsmouth Football Club (2010) Ltd?

92. What Portsmouth Football Club assets owned by PCFC Ltd were transferred to PFC (2010) Ltd before PCFC liquidation and what value were each of the items given?

93. Did the value of the assets transfered exceed the £12.8m that PCFC administrators gave as the value of Portpin's secured debt in February 2010?

94. On 26th January 2011, the fixed and floating charge over all Portsmouth Football Club assets and activities was transferred from applying to Portsmouth City Football Club Ltd to Portsmouth Football Club (2010) Ltd. What legal advice was sought and given to each of the three parties involved (PCFC Ltd, Portpin and PFC (2010) Ltd) in this transfer of a fixed and floating charge first created on 7th January 2010 to PFC (2010) Ltd?

95. Who were the legal signatories for each of the three parties in agreeing that the charge could be transfered to PFC (2010) Ltd?

96. On February 1st 2011 Mr Chainrai said: "There is a small group of fans – approximately a dozen – who are on their own planet and not the fans of the city of Portsmouth." Does Mr Chainrai still hold this view?

97. Given Portpin's statement on withdrawing their takeover offer acknowledging that they had "zero support" how many fans do they believe are not on this planet and not fans of the city of Portsmouth now?

98. When resubmitting their takeover bid, Mr Chainrai claimed to have been asked to do so by Portsmouth City Council, PKF, the Football League, and the PFA. They all roundly denied any such claim. Why did Mr Chainrai make this false claim?

99. When Mr Chainrai sent Mr Yossifoff £2.5m in July 2009 what security was offered? What were the terms of the loan?

100. Ron Mana, Yoram Yossifoff and Daniel Azougy are all creditors of Arkadi Gaydamak, as were Mr Chainrai and Mr Kushnir. In fact, they were all creditors from the same transaction, The sale of Ameris Holdings. Do Mr Chainrai and Mr Kushnir claim that it is a coincidence they all became involved within Betar Jerusalem trying to recover their debt?

101. Given question 100, do Mr Chainrai and Mr Kushnir claim that it is a coincidence that they all became involved with an attempt to purchase Portsmouth Football Club four months later?

102. Do Mr Chainrai and Mr Kushnir maintain that it was a coincidence that they all became involved in Portsmouth Football Club in October 2009?

103. Sulaiman Al Fahim has claimed that Daniel Azougy was involved in signing players during the August 2009 transfer window. To your knowledge, is this true?

104. Are Tavistock communications proud to represent Portpin?

105. Have Portpin employed or retained any agency or individual to promote them on message boards/forums or in any online media? (Have they employed any sock puppets?)

106. Why don't Portpin just go away and leave us alone? PLEASE?
