Ideally we'd prefer to finish third. I'm more worried about missing Wigan in a semi final. I'll need Valium to get through the nightmare of the play offs. Lol

Can't see us overtaking Derby. I would be amazed if Derby don't pick up nine out of nine from Barnsley and Watford at home and Leeds away plus at least a point tonight.
Out of all those others I wouldn't want to face Blackburn primarily because our record both home and away against them is lousy. [Post edited 18 Apr 2014 19:56]

Wigan are more likely to bottle it at Loftus Road than they are at Wembley.
These games we really need to get back into the early season habit of playing crap, keeping it tight and nicking a goal more so than being fluent in attack. Obviously it would be great to blow everyone away with sweet football but the play-offs are pressure cooker situations. At least away goals don't count, but then I don't fancy us in a penalty shoot-out either...
Very much did not like Barton's blog post the other day getting carried away with our stats and big names etc. Underdog mentality keeps us focused, and this side is a terrible one for getting full of itself and being sloppy. |  | | |
