It surprisingly took me to a genuine website, there was a contact button which I pressed, I made up a name, email and phone number then left a short message politely requesting their sales team stopped spamming football message boards notably loftforwords. If we all did this you never know!! |  |

I've contacted them this way a few times but doesn't seem to have had an effect.

I've e-mailed them today saying that if it doesn't stop I'm going to start booking fake appointments for their agents to attend and signing their feedback e-mail addresses up to as many porn sites as I can think of. Came straight back to me and I'll be speaking to someone on their management team tomorrow.

Given that they're already on the internet, surely the first thing most people will do (if by some miracle they're interested in a kitchen advertised this way) is to look up "Vance Miller" on Google, at which point they're confronted by several articles claiming he's "Britain's biggest conman" or similar.
Just seems an odd way to advertise. I know the old saying "there's no such thing as bad publicity" but in this case I'd disagree. |  | | |

Actually, him and his pals have gamed the system. It's true that the first item that comes up is the negative wiki article, but nearly all the other links on the first few pages are pro-Miller puff sites that he or his pals have set up. |  |

Clive, is it not possible to filter out any thread title with the word "Kitchens" in it?
If this could be done it would eliminate all of this crap at a stroke-but I'm guessing it's such an obvious solution that it must already have been considered and found not to be possible. |  | | |
