Vargas has received a work permit / governing body endorsement from the Football Association and will return to Italy in the coming days to obtain his working visa.
Is it me or does all this visa business seem much more complicated than it used to be?
Took a couple of weeks for all the "formalities" to be completed for Isla and now it seems, even in this modern world, that the player has to physically return to Italy to get another piece of paper in addition to his "work permit & governing body endorsement" ?????
