Actually Borini was terrific for Sunderland last season as the wide left player in a 3 man attack.
Worked his socks off defensively and offensively and popped up with 10 crucial goals.
Basically a better, left sided version of Jamie Mackie .
£14m is a huge amount of money but i'd be happy with a loan deal. The only problem with Borini is he's not very effective as a loan striker, so he doesn't really provide cover for Austin. | | | |
