I know there are a few fellow fans here, the wait is over, the season started, some great games in week one, who's watching 49's @ Dallas now?

Season predictions?.... GB, maybe New Orleans, Seattle will be there or there abouts, NFC looks much stronger

Hard to look past Seattle and Denver. New Orleans a dark horse.

Been a Seattle fan since the 70s so no glory hunting here

Looking good. Only SF worry Seattle

Think it will be a hum dinger of a divisional battle

Well the intrigue here is whether Romo is going to finish with more intercepts than points!

Redskins starting in time-honoured fashion in other news

Clowney limped out of the redskins game, could be a big loss for the texans, I had the the bears down as dark horses this year, a bad loss for them today eh match82

49ers need no offence with Romo on the pitch.

Dont know why we bother. .... but we do!

Good win for the dolphins last night (who I follow) but can't see past Seattle with Wilson and lynch looking good in there offence.

Seattle look ominous to retain the title, especially with how they play at home, but the whole NFC looks strong at the moment. Broncos could be contenders again with Manning still doing it at 38, what a guy...

J! E! T! S! JETS! JETS! JETS!

Seattle and Denver will be streets ahead of everyone else this year, I think.

Minnesota look a dark horse.

Skol Vikings!

Although we were playing against a 3rd string QB at the Rams yesterday, i was pretty encouraged not to give up a TD and Cordarrelle Patterson may just be a genuine superstar in the making.

Seattle showing no sign of a post Superbowl slump though, they will take some stopping.

Oh god Romo was bad last night. those INTs were just waful throws. Given how the media love to jump on his (surgically repaired) back, that isn't going to help. Its going to be a long season.

the Phins beating the Pats was a asurprise, as was the Bill beating the Bears.

As Clive says, the Skins losing was more predictable.

It could be a re-match - Broncos vs Seahakws.. both teams looked good.

Why stop now, just when I'm hating it

Go the Fins

That win surprised me especially with 3 starting LB's out of the game by quarter time.

Would love to see them make the playoffs and win one but can't see a Super Bowl visit on the cards.

Bears will score points this year, but their defence is terrible.
If they were in an easy division, maybe - but the NFC North is tough.

Go fins !!
Could be wishful thinking but you never no especially if they keep the performances like that going 20 unanswered points against the pats and Brady isn't an easy thing to do.

Giants don't kick off their season until tonight. They won every game in the pre-season but that doesn't mean anything. So I'll reserve judgement until about 6 games in. Giants can look crap for about 6 games in a row and then still go on to win the whole thing.

The ravens and giants have shown previously that you just got to stumble to the playoffs and then hit form in January.

Have you seen the video?! Brutal brutal punch. She's completely unconscious for about 2-3mins.

Horrible.

Yeah I've seen it, brave woman though, she gets hit once and then charges at him! The 2nd hit is the one cos she's running right on to it. What a complete cnt. He's a massive player too, one of the best in the league for rushing and just entering his prime.

Poor actions and responses all round buu I am pleased the NFL and the Ravens did the right thing in the end.
