As i tarried my way to ye olde stratford town this fine english morning for another day in servitude to the crown, ones attention was drawn to a most spectacular sight!!!!...i have witnessed the Taj Mahal, christ the redeemer, the Aztec Pyramids in the valley of Tenochtitlan , but nothing could compare to the unique sight of st Georges flags and a white fan outside an otherwordly structure 'known as a council house'..
i was so excited!!!, i thought id better tweet it !!
its called " house in maryland"..
where i believe magical , mythical, salt of the earth creatures dwell in cheap casual sportswear from jd sports, only leaving the dwelling on their white ford transit sleigh to work on things called 'building sites' and make 'deliveries' to 'people' and possibly eat at restaurants known as 'cafes'
cant wait to tell my friends back home in islington ,once ive burnt my protective paper suit and been de loused , then a dinner party , where a slide show of these jolly shanty towns , riddled with leprosy and teeming with lice and their spawn vitamin c deficient , will raise awareness of these jingoistic plebs....they simply wont believe it.!!

Sadly, not all politicians who support QPR would be as welcome in my kitchen having a cuppa - Michael Gove is my MP. He won't be invited in. Having said that, there's little chance of him coming canvassing in my area - it's so hideously tory that they don't even bother knocking the doors.

Thought it was quite funny myself. You have to be a bit of a tw.at to drape your house in flags. Common in certain parts of the US where everyone has a stars and stripes flying in their front garden, but not very British in my view.

I shouldn't admit this, but I found his missus strangely attractive. On the basis that Mrs Gove is unlikely to be much of an oil painting, I'll offer to swap Gove for Bercow.
To be fair, I'd swap Gove for anyone really.

I haven’t had a ruck with a candidate in my front garden*, but I’m not totally against the idea. Before the last but one general election, I spent ages studying the voting record and public utterances of the sitting MP, as I’d just moved into the area, and decided that I’d ignore the party and vote for the MP on the back of their voting record. I then got into the booth and discovered that I actually lived in an entirely different constituency and knew absolutely fu ck-all about my actual sitting MP. What a div.
Politics aside, Alan Johnson always struck me as someone who people could engage with because he doesn’t need special advisors advising him how to be normal. He’s an awful lot easier to relate to than 99% of other politicians of any party. Whether that makes him better qualified to run the country is debatable, but I’d sooner someone like him fu ck it up than the usual mob we get these days. Pretty inspiring that he made it to Home secretary.

Sadly Alan has also been hit with the curse of Labour spin. He stated the other day that 'we should start promoting the EU in a more positive light'. Oh dear, wrong thing to say Alan...
They just don't get it do they? Labour are going to get a spanking in the next election, their traditional English and Welsh working class vote will go to UKIP and the Scottish vote to the SNP. Their bubble has finally burst.

We do have a front garden, but it's not much to write home about. Some paving that I keep meaning to do something about, a couple of wheelie bins and some window boxes. Plans for 2015 include a hedge, a flower bed and some improved paving.
As for Lamont - I didn't need words - the stare did it all.

Come May, Labour may not do as well as they'd hope but they wont get a spanking in the industrial cities of the midlands and north. They may not win many seats in the SE but could easily be the largest party. Once UKIP policies, other than anti EU, are exposed to scrutiny the party will be revealed as even more rabid than the Tory right.
