Given that he is only at Brighton for a month would it not be an idea to have a look at bringing him here from January. Given that Bobby is 34 in a month and a bit and Bent can hold the ball up and score, perhaps he would be an experienced option with Charlie?

I wouldn't class Bent as a back to goal, bring people into play type striker he's more your Andy Thomson camp fires and sausages striker. If he's not in the box getting service he's a bit of a luxury. |  |
