About to embark on '31 days of night' , no alcohol for January , so a win for Manfred von Richthofen and his flying circus will help me on my way through this bleak month of puritanical existence.
we could win.
if James cordon can get an OBE , and a Premiership Manager can play Dunne, Henry and Zamora as a spine of a top tier team in the year 2015 ,anything Is possible.
As for the side , I Hope he moves Fer in behind charlie and brings mutch into central midfield. The Barton /Henry axis of magnolia and antimacassars in your nans drawing room must be broken up.Id like to see Ned back today in for Dr Feelgood Dunne.
An ensemble of dunne and clint in our back line leaves us chronically lacking in pace, Clint has to play as there simply isnt anyone else left in the squad fit for purpose to fulfill that role with yun injured.
I would have played Sutherland and Petrasso Today as we are lacking in dynamism /Energy in midfield and for the added buzz , optimisim and excitement of their presence in a new years team , but i think They are still on loan to afc wimbledon and notts county.
IMO, such a move would really get the crowd behind the side and give us a more tangible relationship between supporter and team as i can sense a disconnect with players such as barton, hoilett, phillips etc..
In any case ,i believe they have served their apprenterships and on merit ,deserve a chance in 2015.
I know it will never happen anyway under the Red Baron OF W12 whose love for experianced old pro's will win out everytime.
my conculsion,
1-1 and an OBE for Danny Dyer in 2016.
