yes yes, i know it's merely a mock up, but who cares? the sun can paint a worst case scenario all they want, but just how much worse can a coalition be when Ed is in 10 anyways?

It's not what you've got; it's where you stick it.

Wasn't very specific but ok. When you say people I presume you mean working class people?

- Removal of 0 hr contracts (for the people)
- Energy price freeze (for the people)

and here's one for the anti immigrant / benefit claimants section among us:

- No immigrant will be eligible to benefits for at least two years (for the 'British' people)

Pretty rich of the party who got 36% of the vote and have ruthlessly implemented their agenda on the back of people who didn't vote for them.

Also pretty disingenuous - would require Sinn Feinn to go back on almost a century of not taking up their seats in Westminster

The thought has occurred to me before that there is a delicious irony to the thought that poor wee Alex lost his vote up there - tears and resignation! Then we're told most or all of the Scottish labour seats could go SNP - ba bling! Alex ends up helping to run the whole shebang as a coalition partner!

Yep, I wish that self serving egotistical 'orrible bastard would just do one!
A scotsman with a very large anti English chip on his shoulder. Well I never. People like that shouldn't be allowed anywhere near politics.

The energy policy is a joke, not a cat's chance in Hell of ever happening.
Labour is policy lite at the moment, a vague promise to make cuts but in a nice and fluffy way.

Nothing that they could do that would make a real difference - compared to

Minimum wage
Scrapped section 28
Banned fox hunting

Not talking about Good Friday, or more nurses or even free nursery schools. Talking about classic left policies which make a real difference to the lowest paid, for the discriminated against and for the defenceless (not strictly maybe but against a billion dogs they don't stand much of a chance).

And don't give me the mansion tax, like the energy bill it's just posturing, stands more of a chance of getting through but would be watered down beyond recognition.

isn't a coalition of Tories and UKIP far more likely than any of that?
0
Just Imagine on 02:53 - Jan 29 with 1756 viewsFDC

Labour are a bad joke with no identity. They've completely betrayed their core-vote (2010: "We'll out-cut Thatcher") and are only anywhere in the polls because people think they might not be quite as bad the Tories.

Pasok, Greece's once centre-left party, had 160 seats in 2012. They took a similar route to Labour and now have 13 seats. The Pasokification of Labour is distinctly possible - not over night, but over the next couple of parliaments they'll cease to be relevant imo. The centre of politics is being hollowed out. The UK isn't Greece (or Spain for that matter), and first-past-the-post makes a difference, but two party politics is on its last legs, that's for sure. Some kind of coalition is pretty likely this next parliament, with some unfamiliar faces; UKIP, Greens, SNP....

The banks - starting in the US - screwed up the economy. Labour happened to be in power at the time. Please stop the convenient Tory untruth.

Rather that than a UKIP Tory Coalition. Although Labour, Greens, SNP would be preferably IMO.

oh fk me here we go .... ertha kitts , left pissing chiwawa's on here who only awaken from their inert state in the placenta pool of dripping left wing goose fat, when prodded with the spear of nigels farages destiny , and never contribute to football threads, snapping at the heels of LFW members in shrill outrage and indeed nigels hand stitched churchills brogues(when not on the throat of nick clegg obviously)

a sonnet to ones lug holes.

what a beautiful thing it will be to see labour and the snp in coalition , within six months will be sacrifcing canning town virgins,if the legend can be believed, in a wicker man to sate the pagan gods and praying for our crops to flourish instead of PMQ's. food banks will seem like a baroque banquet in comparison.

looking forward to the next islington labour mp travelling through custom house , east london like a 21st cent shackleton in a pope mobile to stop off and barter sugar, whiskey and opium with the local tribe for their votes, chewing tobbaco and a poultice for keith vaz's anus warts made from bark and then, with gods good grace, carrying typhus back to millbank.

Morning Disco! Just expressing my opinion which is different to yours that's all. Don't think it's a crime, also think in an election it is wisest to discuss policies, views etc rather than personalise, but it's your right to post as you want, as it is mine.

havent you got a paper mache model of tony benns vim bottle to make with the kids or something this afternoon

im fully aware that your choking the chicken neck as your eyes light up to display 'tilt' when i respond to you, or you see me post, but if it means your fecund seed falling barren on the playdoh effigy of peter mandlesons brazillian fk piece , rather than fertilising a poor woman with a sapling like you , then im all for it..

"oh great disco's posting!"

by the way ending everyone of your postings with a "!", really drives home whatever point it is your trying to make.

Thanks for that. All I said was that when people disagree it's best not to descend into a shouting match but discuss the issues in a grown up fashion. If that offends you I apologise profoundly.

did you?.

oh that is a comfort.

one does what one can when working within the sphere, parameters, and indeed confines of an adult message board.

rest assured i find your work equally as easy on the eye.

and remember labour supporting LFW'ers, real men dont do down arrows , only joey essex twitter followers do that, and girls with pink smartphones with 'porn star' written across the arse cheeks of their river island leggings.
