Matt Jarvis (free to leave West Ham, perfect winger for the 442 we now play)
Jack Cork (suggested him as a summer signing last year, looks to be on the move)
Demba Ba (perfect partner for Austin IMO, just what we need)
Robert Huth (available, just the type our defence is crying out for)
Ship out: Taarabt (still wants that move away, one of Phillips/Hoilett (preferably Hoilett)
