Who would you like/hope to see arrive before the window closes?
For me:
Matt Jarvis (free to leave West Ham, perfect winger for the 442 we now play) Jack Cork (suggested him as a summer signing last year, looks to be on the move) Demba Ba (perfect partner for Austin IMO, just what we need) Robert Huth (available, just the type our defence is crying out for)
Ship out: Taarabt (still wants that move away, one of Phillips/Hoilett (preferably Hoilett)
Gonna be a busy few days.

Good list Disco
Personally of those the three would be
gestede, blackburn, 26, striker
henry lansbury , 23, midfielder forest
harry mcguire , 21 hull defender
Have always liked Lansbury. Playing well below his ability in my view. I like Mcguire and Gestede looks like he knows where the goal is.
Jack Cork Soton Matt Ritchie - Bournemouth Henri Lansbury - Forest Deli Alli if he hasn't gone to Newcastle Sam Byrom - Leeds Demaria Gray -Birmingham
actually whats the point in wasting my time typing this its going to be
Frazier Campbell Demba Ba Kevin Nolan Diarra Lennon Adebyour scott parker
and any other has been, never gonna be, injury prone, ageing, past it charlatan that lurks in Harry's Rothmans book of football 2005
And Bowles is onside, Swinburne has come rushing out of his goal , what can Bowles do here , onto the left foot no, on to the right foot
That’s there that’s two, and that’s Bowles
Brian Moore

If we are going to bring anyone in - realistically they need to hit the ground running or they won't play, unless they are a big name (not that I agree that situation!).
Of the names mentioned already personally I don't see a lot of difference between someone like Lansbury and Mutch, who both have better pedigree than someone like Matt Richie who is older than both and on form in a form team. I really like the idea of Gestede, just don't think Harry does. Slightly prefer the idea of Demba Ba to Adebeyor.
The other youth players mentioned like Demarai Gray would be good signings, but I can't see Harry putting them straight in to the team.

Ba or Yakubu - You know what your getting with those two, goals, also cause defences nightmares on their day.
Mpoku - Seems like a quick lad, can beat a man, always nice, although thats gone cold recently so Jarvis isn't a bad shout either at all, liked him at Wolves a lot, maybe Ben Marshall from Blackburn, can beat a man and is a very god asset to any side.

Not sure about Gestede, was lazy and very poor for Cardiff. I've actually followed him a little since he was at Metz, he was a handful in the French league, recently at Blackburn he's been scoring as we know but I am sceptical, could easily go wrong. Anyway I am not trusting Shoot, I thought thats a kids magazine? We will see I guess. Would rather someone a little more proven like Demba Ba or Yakubu.
