No game for the Supers this weekend so this could get a bit ugly. Two fixtures coming up for most teams.

12 Everton ------------ 26 -4 28 (Arsenal A, Stoke A)
13 Crystal Palace -- 26 -9 27 (West Ham A, no fixture)
14 West Brom ------- 26 -10 27 (Southampton H, Villa A)
15 Hull ----------------- 26 -10 26 (Stoke A, Sunderland H)
16 Sunderland ------- 26 -14 25 (Man Utd A, Hull A)
17 QPR ----------------- 26 -18 22 (no fixture, Arsenal H)
18 Burnley ------------ 26 -19 22 (Swansea H, Spurs A)
19 Aston Villa ------- 26 -23 22 (Newcastle A, WBA H)
20 Leicester ---------- 26 -18 18 (no fixture, Man City A)

Leicester screwed, Villa to pick up at least 4 points, Burnley to get a win, us to lose.

You think Villa will pick up 4 points in 2 games when they haven't managed that many in their last 11?

Poll: QPR to finish 7th or Brentford to drop out of the top 6?

Tactics Tim is in town!

I really think hope we go all out for Arsenal's throat and play our quickest players - they are mentally weak and very susceptible to the counter.

However I don't think they can possibly be as wasteful as there were against Monaco, so they will score at least once.

Think Everton and West Brom are not really in this dogfight - Palace will probably be out of it as well unless they implode suddenly.

Agree with Villa not getting 4 points - can see them getting 1, or 2 draws at the most. If they do manage 4 cue a few 'I told you so' comments about Mr Gilet.

Forget the bass, it's all about the bottom 6.

1. Newcastle aren't up to much and have nowt to play for.
2. West Brom at Villa. Pretty winnable.
3. We're cursed.

Personally think Leicester & Burnley are gone so it's us v Villa for the final spot.

No Vlaar for Villa this weekend either.

I Can see Burnley staying up with Dyche winning manager of the year

we have to get something out of our next 2 home games otherwise we could be cut adrift from the likes of Hull

And Bowles is onside, Swinburne has come rushing out of his goal , what can Bowles do here , onto the left foot no, on to the right foot That’s there that’s two, and that’s Bowles Brian Moore

Agree that Leicester wont get out of it. I think Villa are very poor, not scoring goals and short of confidence. I think they'll go this year.
I don't think Hull or Sunderland are all that but suspect it may come down to a battle between us and Burnley.

Burnley have spirit in abundance - and a younger squad. They'll push hard until the end, so I agree with you that they're not finished. The only hope is that Ings is already thinking about his summer transfer and not firing on all cylinders.

Hull and Sunderland blow hot and cold - could still be dragged into the bottom 3 IMO.

Suspect their next 6/7 games will drain all the spirit away tbh.

Hull still in it surely, and Palace have as many injuries as us, so not out of it by any means.

I have just looked at all the bottom eight teams last 12 fixtures. I think Hull could be in trouble.
The interesting thing is that Southampton, Swansea and Stoke can do us some right favours as they are heavily involved. We have to hope Southampton don't drop by the wayside.

Isn't each place up the table worth about £5M?

Sure most clubs will be paying some sort of bonus based on finishing position as well.

Burnley don't have a midweek fixture. We've already played Spurs away (lost 2-1).

I'm sure the Newcastle manager will be motivated.. will want to at least remain above Palace in the Table otherwise will make Pardew look like a genius..

Lets relax and hope that come final whistle tomorrow we are still in the same position, stranger things have happened...and would give us a pschological boost i imagine.
If Man united can put 5 past Sunderland that would be a bonus..get their goal difference worse than ours.. and Stoke likewise against Hull.. and Man city finish Leicester off..

It's getting to that stage of the season where it doesn't mater who we are playing, we have to get some points. Call me a hopeless optimist (I'm frequently called worse) but I honestly think we can beat the wenger boys. Reasons?

We are a different team at home.

Loftus Road is a special place at night under the lights, and we seem to play better.

For the first time in ages, our players seem to have a plan coached into them for games, and they have just been away for a few days training with this game in mind.

Arsenal were useless against Monaco, and they have to play Everton on Sunday, whilst our lot should be fresh.

Wilshere is injured again, and they might pick up another few casualties on Sunday

We are due a decent result in this god-awful division.

Oh, and one more thing. In that season when we stayed up, I think I'm right in saying, we beat Arsenal, Spuds, scum and Liverpool, and we still have all these to come. This Rangers team is no worse than that team. Probably a shade better.
Why the hell not?

Tactics Tim wants Villa to win 6 games out of 11. Good luck with that one. Away from home they have to play Sunderland, United, Man City, Spurs and Southampton.

If we go to Villa Park in April and don't get beat we'll finish above them.
