You could stand outside the South Africa Road Salmonella Fish Bar and actually watch your arteries furring up while eating the chips.

Imagine chatting with someone and noticing their heart has stopped beating a few seconds before they collapse? Dilemma - do you tell them they're about to die or just leave them to it?
