I couldn't see the tribunal seeing it much higher than 3 maybe £4 million. He didn't come up through the ranks or anything at Burnley. They signed him from Bournemouth 3/4 years back for anything between £500k and a million. Bearing in mind he is out of contract and bearing in mind Daniel Levy is holding the purse strings I would be gob smacked if this was anything other than Sky Sports nonsense to fill a bit of air time | | | |

I doubt a tribunal would value Ings as high as that as he's only been with Burnley a few years but agree it may be prudent to get the deal done. However I'd be surprised if Levy pays that much over the odds. [Post edited 27 May 2015 20:59]
