Starts Wednesday, can't wait. Fearful but quietly optimistic that we can take the urn back. Would be happy to go into the final test drawn tbh. Anyway here's something to get the juices flowing;
just to let you all know that Jenny Gunn, The england all rounder , will miss the start of the womens ashes today following an unkind comment from a team mate that her arse looked to big in her cricket whites .
she still holds the world record for throwing a cricket ball 16. 876 meters(at altitude).
please return to your work stations and carry on as normal.
"...The monkey is never dead, Dealer. The monkey never dies. When you kick him off, he just hides in a corner, waiting his turn."
Been a weird series so far as both teams are wildly inconsistent. Australia are usually good front runners so I'd expect them to turn into bullies again now and win the series.
Personally, I'd rather see a good contest like we've had in past years, not the 4 day slaughters we've had so far.
Definitely a bowlers wicket (poor call by 'Pup') but god England did the business today. Minimum requirement is a 150 first innings lead please. Ok I'll take a hundred.
