For the sake of £100k, Ramsey needs to make a decision here.

Pay £700k with no addons for the experienced & steady Perch
Or test Spurs & Levy with £1m cash + same if promoted or 25% sell on for the youthful Fredricks.

Either way get it done, sharpish. Then move on to cover for CB & GK (IMO)
