Second Best Ever QPR Volley on 00:24 - Jul 29 by RBlock
How nobody has mentioned Connolly v Blackpool yet I'll never know. Absolutely stunning, 1:15 onwards...
Beat me to it. Made the standing on a bit of scaffolding for two hours on a bitterly cold day with the wind off the Irish Sea blowing in your face worth it.

Doesn't count because of the standard of goalkeeping that day, shall we say.

Adding more obscure ones to those excellent goals already mentioned. I remember Simon Barker hitting a lovely shot from a cleared corner on the volley, possibly at home to Coventry if I recall? A more contentious one would be that w@nker Vinnie Jones on his debut at Huddersfield, receiving the ball with his back to goal, chipping it up and scissoring it in. Not bad for such a waste of space. Did fúck all else for us, mind you

Falco scored another volley away at The Dell when we won 4-1. Martin Allen also scored an absolute thunderbolt that day (that one wasn't a volley though).

When I became a born-again Ranger back in 1995, I went through my brother's end of season videos to catch up and the goal that stuck out was that volley by Trevor Francis in that hat-trick.
