A commentary on a recent court case involving Rangers. Love the commentators punchline "Indeed, the most surprising thing about the whole affair might just be that the club that famously signed Jose Bosingwa managed to come out of it looking costs conscious"
Thing that struck me on that case was GSK seemed to have been formed as an SPV to carry out one contract for QPR and one contract only.
Now that could obviously be to protect a holding company in the volatile world of football finance but it does also set the mind racing about other "reasons" this could be the case.
We do seem to have a legal team that are the dogs danglies -- and by Christ we've needed them and may well again soon.
Cherish and enjoy life.... this ain't no dress rehearsal
