As soon as the chairman decided the dressing room was his place to be it was only going to end one way, you can't undermine the manager like that & expect results, the chairman obviously thinks he can do a better job than Clement. Foolish decision, who'd want to work for a chairman like that.

He was left with a team and a playing style. when these things started to go wrong he didn't know what else to do
