5-0 v Fulham tonight and into 2nd with four to go.

Proof we (and anyone else) can compete next season if we put the work in. Finished 20th last year, a few signings and loans here and there, but mainly rebuilt themselves as a consistent, well-drilled tough nut to crack.

I just hope they get to the play off final so BZ gets a chance to notch a third play-off winning goal.

Probably, but I'm alright with seeing any new club have a go in the Prem. Anyone but Hull - sick of the sight of them and their washed-up lot.

Yep, extremely tough next season with 25 in the division

25 fcks the division completely.

I dont want to Albion succeed. They have turned from a bunch of modest decent supporters having suffered a major injustice to an arrogant bunch of tw4ts since they got the new stadium like it somehow makes them Man Utd. Gobshites.

Next season we have to be in contention and JFH now is the man building interesting prospects. I would prefer Newcastle because Sunderland are a tighter unit, and hope Norwich now crumble.

I'd rather Sunderland went down with Newcastle. There would be far, far less upheaval at Norwich if they went down and they'd be much more of an immediate threat.

I think Norwich or Sunderland have it in them to go straight back up. Newcastle will have a painful season rebuilding, Villa might drop another division.

You think most of Sunderland's squad would stay after relegation then?

I think they have 9 or 10 players out of contract/loan. But if Big Sam and Defoe stay, I guess the main question is whether the rest fit in with the wage bill restrictions.
I expect they will use every resource they can to go back up.
