For me it's:- The doggy smell of my dog - number one on my list as she is for me (and I dont mean the wife) Tarmac / Asphalt - just laid or on a boiling hot day A freshly decorated room A freshly carpeted room (Both of the above with no furniture in... bliss)
Tastes (odd one's only):- Cheese and chocolate together Polystyrene Acrid taste in back of my throat from something freshly burnt
There's plenty of other odd stuff I like but I'll keep my perverted private life private

I like to fry bacon then scrape all the stuff stuck to the pan and eat it.. Yeah I know..disgusting and really unhealthy. Its like bacon crack. My missus has also noticed I like pulling leaves off bushes in peoples gardens as I walk past them and folding and rolling them up. Bit weird I spose.

Cherry Picking, I went the other day to a cherry orchard picking cherries with sun on me back on a beautiful day and just for a moment stood in between the trees in the silence and thought what a great Country this is. Hedge hogs that come out most nights in me garden, frogs haven't come back this year for some reason. Pear drops. The sound of vintage motor cycle and vintage car clubs annually driving through my village. The smell of those model air-plane engines , glo plugs I think they were called.
My Father had a profound influence on me, he was a lunatic.

Saw a baby frog on site today under my pile of 4x2. He managed to get under the skip. My mate that works with me takes the mick because if there's a butterfly or a massive spider or something I'll always get my phone out to try and take a picture of it. Got a brilliant photo of a Red Admiral on a shovel few weeks ago.

The spring dawn chorus of birds. Steam locos starting off. [ I'm not a train spotter, honest !] Rumbling Italian motorbikes. God how I wish I had a Guzzi again. Crackling sound of stylus to vinyl.
There aint half been some clever bastards.

Thats a really odd thing I like that hasn't happened in a long old time.
Another is buying a vinyl record, opening the shrink wrap on the thigh of my jeans and the smell and gleam as I hold it on it's edges before placing on the 1200's Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I love the sound of people laughing. It often signifies happiness and innocence in equal measure.
I'm an early bird and that time between when the sun rises and people start their day, is blissful for its quietness and the opportunity the day holds. No matter where you are in the world, seeing a place wake is often fascinating.
Ironically given the last paragraph, we don't see much of them in the UK, but when you're in a remote area with no light pollution, look up to the skies and see a stary night. When you do and you see the vastness of the galaxy and realise that it took the light from the stars eons to reach earth, it sure as hell makes you feel small.
Scotch eggs, the first sip of a beer after a hard days toil, interaction with animals, a good cup of tea....simple things done well yields maximum joy I find.

Dawn by the riverside with the natural world waking up. Walking barefoot on warm damp grass Smell of rain in the tropics ( and rarely in uk) after a hot dry spell. (Some) female voices Children singing/laughing
OK none of the above very odd ... Cake mix scrapings left in mixing bowl Nurses in opening ceremony of London 2012 Finishing the Private Eye crossword Nothing else I can openly confess to ...😈
Edit - just seen Michele Obama singing 'signed sealed delivered ' with James Corden. I really like her!

Cooking, find it incredibly relaxing and satisfying, usually something that involves grated cheese on top. Fish pie, lasagna, cottage pie. Seeing the cheese start to brown and bubble, looking forward to tucking in.
Snoozing with my dog, just crashing out on the rug for half an hour or so.
