I'm focused on QPR, making sure we;re strong and competitive (Lee Hoos bingo) and we're ready. There are a lot of big names in the Championship but that's it. It's not something were concentrating on, we're concentrating on us.

The players are getting better and better, the managers are getting better and better, it's a magnificent competition. It's the fourth or fifth best competition in Europe (accolade indeed).
Pre-season is important (Thanks Jimmy), being together, seeing the suffering together, working on the team bond, having new faces, new characters, and moulding that to be one, or trying to mould that to be one. Very important.
Identity, strength, belief, how we work, it's a process, it needs to keep improving and getting stronger.

Every match in this competition is hard. Our first opponent in front of us is going to be Leeds, it's going to be like no other, a hard match that we have to be competitive (Lee Hoos bingo) and how we can get into their defence and their weaknesses. It's about concentrating on what we can do and our way.
We hope to bring a few more in. We're looking. We're trying very hard. We need a little bit more help (get the buckets out again), we need to make the squad stronger if we can, more competitive (Lee Hoos bingo).

There will always be somebody with more money than you. You have to offer the players something unique that only you can offer, it might not be money it might be something else (me love you long time). That's what we're trying to get right.
The objective is to be competitive (LHB) and stay in every game. We've got to try. I do think I'm fortunate with the players I have, I'm very happy with them. We're going to compete (LHB) and be positive. IT's easy to say we want to be in the top six or get promotion. We're concentrating more on the doing it, getting that right, being competitive.
A big factor is we now have the majority of the squad that want to be here. They don't have a feeling they want to be somewhere else in the Premier League, they want to get to the Premier League with QPR, that's a big factor.
Les and Lee Hoos have done big work. A lot of hours with a lot of support from the owners. The club is going in the right direction.
I don't know if the dressing room here has been a problem, I'm pleased with the squad I have, excellent bunch.

what's the criteria for been the 4th or 5th strongest league in Europe?
I'm guessing team strength wise that the top teams from all European leagues would beat most of the teams in this league. Is it really ahead of the german, Spanish, dutch, Portuguese, Italian, greek, Turkish, Danish, Swedish, belguim, French etc
Somebody please explain. Is it based on tv figures, attendances, former pie and mash shop sales on match days?

I expect they're broadcast live on Jumbotrons in Times Square, Shibuya and in workers' canteens in factories across China, Vietnam and South Korea. The EFL is where it's at these days.

I think they just base it on attendance figures so I would guess it would be: 1. Premier League 2. La Liga 3. Bundesliga 4. Serie A 5. Championship

I am sure you are right but it is comparing leagues as a whole and I would suggest most Championship teams would on the whole beat the lesser teams in those other leagues.

I keep writing to the club expressing my disappointment that they cut off the live feed before the musical performance every week, but they never reply. Terrible customer service.
