First time I've seen the ground. Sure it sounded wonderful in theory but in practice it looks sh1t. The size of the spaces between the pitch and the stand is massive. Can't be much of an atmosphere. Plus I have subsidised it so hope it's a resounding flop and this time next year they are playing to 30,000 again.

Haven't got Sky so not watching the game, But Charlie Austin is only doing what he does best and that's hitting the back of the net or at least getting the ball on target. He can and does defend well also.

Away allocation i think for league games is a paltry 2,700 (about what we give for the whole school end) but i think it's 8,000 for cup games.

Only been watching a slightly indistinct stream on Cricfree but Saints didn't seem to be able to get the ball anywhere near Charlie - neither could he get it for himself. He scored with what I think was the first decent pass to him, then laid on the second for Tadic. I thought he looked very tired for a little while before he was substituted. Despite my geographical location, he was the only reason I was watching the game.

Never really liked West Ham that much. Their fans have always seemed to have an inflated sense of their worth, especially with all the "academy of football" and "we won the world cup" bollocks. When I was a kid growing up in the 70s all I remember about West Ham was they were a team who won the FA Cup in 1975 but were a making up the numbers team who invariably used to struggle usually finishing in the bottom six.

I popped in the West Ham Working mans club to see the old man and me uncle for a quick pint earlier, Rammed to the rafters and to a man jack all totally fked off with the move to stratford.

Moving to that temporary athletics stadium from the ground they actually owned is a mistake of Ricoh Arena proportions. It looks completely shite for football.

They could have easily converted Upton Part to 42,000, more with safe standing. Instead they sold it to developers for the same price they paid for Andy Carroll.

Lordy, West Ham were terrible, that passing out of the back was awful, they could have lost by six.

Pleased for Charlie, but I don't like the way he rants at his team mates when they don't give him the ball. He did it to Davis when Davis shot from a better position than he had - Redmond did the same later. I realise that with big squads everyone's desperate to take any opportunities they can, but you come across as a bit of a baby rather than a team player.

Sat in Ellerslie for the Sunderland game last week. Half on top of another bloke who I had never met before and about the same build as me. Trust me - we need a new ground. Charging people to sit in confined spaces like that is bordering on a Syrian Torture chamber. I'm half expecting someone to throw a bolied egg at me just out of arms reach.

Believe me ,they were leaving early as it is utter chaos when you leave the ground and head for Stratford Station. You're herded the long way round rather than in a straight line which is about a 500ft walk. You end up walking over a mile and possibly pass through about 3 different postcodes en route. I went to a Europa League game and left on 78 minutes and it took 20 minutes to reach the station. A hammers mate tells me it takes him nearly an hour to reach the station if he leaves at the final whistle. Karen Brady and the pornograhers only care about mon£y and couldn't give a toss about the fans 'match day experience'. I think the whole set up is crap with no pubs within a 30 minute walk because crowd control barriers are everywhere and you routed away from the area where pubs are. Give me Upton Park any day.
