We had a lot of talent on that team. Fer, Sandro, Austin, Zamora, Caulker, Vargas, Isla, Green, etc. Its a shame they didn't stay up.

Second half totally useless though. Went missing, neither got forward or tracked back. They were under the cosh and he just lolloped about, not helping the defence. Thought he'd done his bit after a good first half, or is just not fit

He makes the same mistakes for Swansea that he did for us — getting lost in the middle, not protecting the back four. What they have done with him that we didn't is encourage him to get forwards as much as possible, as he's got a decent footballing brain and knows who to make a run into the box. Swansea for the drop, though, awful defensively.

Looks the same player as he was for us. Can look very decent individually if allowed to stroll around as he pleases, but always puts the rest of his team at a disadvantage in the end. Fool's gold.

Fer is basically an expensive Stuart Wardley ie as the knack of scoring but you never see him make a tackle, run back or pass a ball forward more than 5 yards
