Bradford v Millwall on 15:29 - May 20 by kensalriser | I'm in Willesden and generally speak English when I'm out and about. Other than that I greatly appreciate immigrants in London, otherwise we'd still be eating the same shit food people had to put up with in the 50s before they came. |
What shite would that be And how come 90% of food in supermarkets is still shite, ready meals and package crap Some pizza covered in crap or fish or meat covered in crap. curry paste in a jar that tastes crap, the obesity levels and heart attacks massive compared to the 50's Not forgetting Diabetes Anyway Millwall have scored [Post edited 20 May 2017 20:27]

Bradford v Millwall on 17:16 - May 20 with 2064 views | Lblock | Another London derby was not what I wanted, least of all against those slags Even more of a choker that the goal was offside Shame Bradford had nothing up top, if they had I reckon they'd of run out winners by a couple So two trips out for the gum shield next season

Bradford v Millwall on 17:26 - May 20 with 2027 views | bosh67 | They're on the pitch. They think it's all over. It is now. Oh, and they're chasing Geoff Hurst and beating him with chairs they've ripped out the stadium. Thos Millwall scallywags. They're so sweet.

Bradford v Millwall on 15:51 - May 20 by colinallcars | So you think some people with their KFC etc are eating better than the 50s when people cooked their own food and fruit and veg actually tasted of something ? |
Ye, alright mate. Because immigration only bought KFC [the K stands for Kentucky in case you weren't aware]. Definitely didn't bring a proliferation of amazing foreign spices, recipes, produce, and cooking methods. It only bought KFC. Lol

Bradford v Millwall on 16:00 - May 20 by Lblock | Clarification request: is this the place to comment on Bradford hopefully beating "the 'wall", culinary delights of London postcodes or immigration????? Well Bradford look an okay outfit but scoring seems a struggle Hope they win because we'll of course.........you get a great curry in Bradford Only one base left to cover. I'll leave that |
Worse curry I ever had was in Bradford about 1984. It tasted like a VESTA meal and the 'naan' was a pitta bread that had been toasted and burnt.

And there's me thinking K stood for Kensington! Globalisation brought us KFC. Immigration, as you quite correctly say brought us many cuisines. Sadly, loads of folk, certainly where I live seem to survive on cheap, greasy chicken from the proliferation of dodgy looking shops that fill our high streets. As another poster said, it's the folks brought up on 50s "shite" that are healthier. Sermon over mate!

Bradford v Millwall on 15:07 - May 20 by BrianMcCarthy | Shouting for Bradford, too. I'm glad Millwall rescued their ground as their plight is our plight, but I just can't get away from the racism and thuggery problems with some of their fans. Plus, I like Stuart McCall. |
Sorry, laughed when I read this. I know Kenton quite well, I also know Bradford, I now know you've never travelled between the two. You may be surprised to discover that the Wall are jovial humanitarians compared to our Yorkshire cousins.

Ya, fair point, Boston. And I have been there. And I've been to about sixty or seventy grounds with Rangers. But as far as I know (and I may be wrong, I realise) Bradford were never racists, and today in their crowd there were plenty of fans from diverse ethnicities. I've nothing against Millwall, and I realise they've done plenty good work in the community but they just don't appeal to me.

Well Bradford lost, apparently the curries in Bradford aren't all they're expected to be which is surprising bearing in mind all the immigrants that have settled there. Great thread. Gotta love this forum. Millwall at home first game of the season?! [Post edited 21 May 2017 5:41]

Bradford v Millwall on 08:11 - May 21 with 1345 views | thame_hoops | I was at lords yeterday and has the misfortune of seeing hundreds of the 'wall' in bars around Baker Street, what a horrible bunch. Singing some stuff about smelly breath to some Arabic women (who had kids in strollers) who were just like me waiting for the jubilee line train. This was 11am. They all dress the same too, stone Island (obviously), Lyle and Scott (had to google this make) or Ralph Lauren, immaculately dressed though and everyone seems to have the same hair cut! The thugs, not the Arabic women.
